Located in the village of Manotick just south of Ottawa, Manotick Estates is home to some of Ottawa’s most luxurious homes.

The Estate lands were originally acquired as part of a larger parcel of land in 1969. Over the past 40 years, Leimerk has successfully subdivided and sold five phases of Manotick Estates, helping to grow and shape the village of Manotick into what it is today.

The sixth phase of the Estates was released early 2012 and is comprised of 30 lots, ranging in size from half an acre to three quarters of an acre. Each lot is serviced with paved municipal roads, hydro, telephone and cable. Each lot requires a private well and septic tank.
